PARKING AND STUDENT DROP-OFF ZONES
Victoria Avenue Parking Lot
The Victoria Lot is primarily designated for staff parking but there are limited visitor and handicap parking spaces. Staff parking permits are required in staff spaces and cars parked in staff spaces without a permit are subject to a citation by the City of Riverside. The parking lot entrance is closed when the bell rings for student safety. Students may be dropped off on the curb in front of the school along Victoria Avenue.
Central Avenue Parking Lot
The Central Lot has both student and staff parking. The multiple lane loop also allows for student drop by the cafeteria gate. Staff or student parking permits are required to park in the Central Lot during school hours. The Central Lot is the preferred lot for athletic events and visitors may use the lot starting at 2:00 p.m. Please drive slowly and carefully at all times in the Central Lot.
Parking Permits
Applications for student Parking Permits are available in the Student Support Office during lunch and after school. Parking spaces are limited. We may not be able to accommodate all students. Only students with a valid Parking Permit will be allowed to park in the student parking lot which is located off of Central Ave. Cars not displaying a valid Parking Permit are subject to a citation. (2113 C.V.C.).

- Valid California Driver’s License
- Current Car Registration
- Proof of Car Insurance
Parking in the red zone, double parking, driving against oncoming traffic and speeding are all violations of the California Vehicle Code. All traffic laws must be obeyed. School Administration has the right to deny and/or rescind the issuance of permits to students for disciplinary and safety reasons.
Please arrive to school early to secure a parking space. The parking lot will be closed when the lot is full. The student parking lot is located off of Central Ave. Students are NOT to park their vehicles in the parking lot in front of campus, behind campus by the sport fields and portables or at the rear of the 600 building.
