Mrs. Viviana Gentry - AP Attendance

Viviana Gentry is excited to join Riverside Unified School District and serve the Poly High School community as an Assistant Principal. Bringing sixteen years of experience in education - spanning roles as an instructional assistant, education specialist, program specialist, and administrator - she centers every decision around student success. Grounded in family values of connection, belonging, and kindness, Mrs. Gentry views high school as a crucial time for students to get involved, prepare for post-secondary success, and create lasting memories.

Her commitment to students is deeply personal. Throughout her journey in high school and college, she experienced the transformative power of adults who truly believe in students.  Knowing firsthand how a trusted mentor can change the trajectory of a student’s life, Mrs. Gentry is dedicated to ensuring every student at Poly High feels supported, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
